A complimentary consultation is available to prospective students who are actively seeking a piano instructor. The consultation is held at the studio and offers the opportunity for students and parents-guardians to meet with the instructor, Yvonne Spencer, and experience the lesson format employed by The Piano School. Parents/guardians are encouraged to accompany the student, regardless of age, and interview the instructor.
Lessons are 40 minutes each held weekly, 3 weeks per month, for a total of 27 lessons per year. In the event of lateness, the lesson will not be extended beyond the allocated time frame.
The Piano School will operate Sept - May, with lessons beginning after Labor Day, ending prior to Memorial Day. Summer lessons are optional during June & July.
Lessons scheduled on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break will be rescheduled. [1] make-up lesson will be allowed per semester. Lessons canceled by the instructor will be rescheduled.
